Emergency Stop

Limit Switch

Safety Light Curtain

In some areas that require high protection, Wensui robot arm adopts safety light curtain technology. Security light is composed of multiple infrared rays, forming a detection area. When a person or an object enters the area, it will block some or all of the light, triggering the safety mechanism and causing the robot arm to stop working. This non-contact safety protection method is both efficient and reliable.

Security Fence and Gate

In order to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the working area of the robot arm, Wensui provides dedicated safety fences and doors. These fences are usually made of sturdy metal materials with high impact resistance. The fence gate is equipped with safety locks and interlock devices to ensure that the robot arm cannot start or continue working when the fence gate is not properly closed.

Safety Sensor

The Wensui robot arms are also equipped with various safety sensors, such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc. These sensors can measure the working status and environmental conditions of the robot arm in real time. Once an abnormality is detected (such as overload, overheating, etc.), immediately trigger the safety protection mechanism to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

Interlock Device

The Wensui robot arm also adopts interlocking device technology. This type of equipment is usually closely related to the workflow and operation sequence of the robot arm. When a specific operation is not completed or the conditions are not met, the interlocking device will prevent the robot arm from proceeding to the next operation.
