WVGM Six Raw Materials Gravimetric Plastic Mixer

Equipped with a low-maintenance brushless gear motor. The machine is protected from material jamming, undervoltage, and overloading.

The controller can save up to 50 sets of data. Different molding requirements and formulas can be managed and organized easily.

Compatible with different injection molding machine and extruder machine’s signals and power requirement.

Predetermined input signals need to be disclosed in advance.

Material changing is quick and safe with an easy access.

A material detector can be added. When material shortage occurs, the detector would trigger the alarm for material fulfillment.

All models can be paired with a blender for a uniform mixing and precise result.

The speed of the screw can be controlled.

The controller is programmed with advanced calculation method for precise measurements.

 

1) The margin of error of mixing ratios refer to the difference between the preset percentage and the actual percentage.

2)The metering gate is suitable for percentages that are equal to or higher than 5%. The mixing ratio’s margin of error can be controlled to within 0.3% to 0.5%.

3)The weighing system is suitable for ratios between 4.99% to 0.5%. The mixing ratio has a margin of error of ± 2%.

4)The data above is calculated based on a masterbatch with density of 0.7kg/L and resin diameter of 3 to 4mm.

5)Power supply for WVGM200 and under is 1Φ230VAC 50Hz; power supply for WVGM500 and above is 3Φ380VAC 50Hz.
