The Wensui WSGE plastic film crusher is suitable for the recycling of film and thin materials such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) film and woven bags. The shear-type rotor configuration is specially designed for film crushing to optimize cutting efficiency. In order to ensure the longevity of the machine, regular maintenance is important. Here are some key tips for crusher maintenance

1. Check the motor to see if it is in the ventilation position, to ensure the motor can dissipate heat and prolong its service life.
2. Check the bolt of blade on a regular basis. After running the machine for the first 2 hours and after the first week, please adjust the bolt well via a special tool to ensure they are tightened.
3. Rolling bearing with a base: add grease to the bearing nozzle tip every 20 days, to ensure the lubrication among bearings.
4. Inspect the rotary cutter regularly according to the use status to ensure the sharpness of the rotary cutter and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by a blunt edge.
5. Before operation, remove any remaining crushed materials in the crushing chamber, hopper, knives, etc.
6. Disassemble the flywheel cover and belt pulley cover regularly, clear the outlet beneath the flange, to prevent the accumulated powder material discharged from the machine chamber from entering the rotating bearing.When replacing a cutter, keep the notch clearance between the rotary cutter and stationary cutter 0.1-0.2mm. If the recycled material is thin, reduce the notch clearance; If the recycled material is thick, enlarge the notch clearance.
7. Check regularly whether the belt is loose or not. If it is, loosen the motor fastening bolt, move the motor outward with a special tool until the belt is tight.
