How does a material autoloader work?

A material autoloader, also known as the automatic suction feeder, vacuum loader, or conveying machine, is a device that uses vacuum (negative pressure) principles to automate the transportation of raw materials. It is widely used in industries such as plastics, chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals to transfer granules, powders, and other materials from storage containers, hoppers, bulk bags to the production equipment such as injection molding machine, extruder and mixer.

Three stages of autoloader

The autoloader machine generates negative pressure through a vacuum pump or blower, creating airflow in the pipeline to draw materials from the suction port. The system then uses a filtration mechanism to separate the material from the air before delivering it to the target equipment. The process consists of three stages:
