WSVL Linear Vibrating Screen

Today, we are introducing the Wensui WSVL Linear Vibrating Screen. The working principle of a linear vibrating screen is based on the excitation force generated by the vibrating motor. By adjusting the eccentric block of the vibration motor, the vibration amplitude and frequency of the screening machine can be controlled. The material is subjected to the vibration force on the screen surface and is separated according to particle size. Smaller particles fall into the lower layer through the sieve aperture, and then larger particles are supported by the sieve surface.

• Adjustment of excitation force:

The excitation force is at its maximum position when the unit is shipped from the factory. Users can adjust the angle α between the outer adjustable eccentric block and the inner fixed eccentric block at both ends, and then change the size of the excitation force. The larger the α angle is, the smaller the exciting force is, and vice versa.

• Screen replacement and cleaning:

The design of WSVL Linear Vibrating Screen makes the replacement and cleaning of the screen convenient and quick. The part of the machine that contacts the raw material is made of stainless steel, which ensures the purity of the raw material.

The screen size for both models is 130 × 50 cm with two layers of screens. The only difference between the two models is that WSVLH-1300 does not have a feeding hopper and has smaller external dimensions, making it suitable for pelletizer.

Maintenance

To ensure a long-term stable operation of WSVL Linear Vibrating Screen, it is recommended that users regularly perform the following maintenance and repair:

• Motor Inspection:

Check the motor retaining bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

• Lubrication maintenance:

Replenish lithium grease every 2-3 months to ensure good motor lubrication.

• Cable check:

Check for broken cables from the vibration motor to the electrical box every week. Replace broken cables promptly to prevent leakage.
