The Wensui loading and drying system consists of dryer, loader, material storage bin, suction box and support frame. The plastic resin in the material storage bin is automatically sucked and fed into the dryer by the vacuum loader. And then the suction box and the loader work together to load the materials to the throat of injection molding machine. This automatically completes the whole process of material transportation and drying from the storage bin to the injection molding machine. The system not only reduces manual labour, significantly improving the production efficiency, but also reduces energy consumption that lowers the long-term operating costs.
